How are CLEMENS & DEANS bears made?
Each bear is lovingly designed and created by hand in the factory in Indonesia.
What's the current lead time for dispatch of dolls?
Currently shipping within two weeks. If you are ordering for a special occasion, please bear in mind that the customs process in your country can add time to your overall shipping time
Can CLEMENS & DEANS bears be played with
Our mohair plush, limited edition bear collections are for decorative and collectable use only and should not be played with. Soft plush collections are suitable for gentle play for ages 4 years and up.
What are your postage rates?
Postage for bears within the UK is £5.95.
Shipping for other countries. Please contact us.
For multiple dolls shipping rates increase slightly. Please note all international sales are final and the buyer is responsible for any import or custom fees that may apply
An item says 'sold out', will you be restocking?
Limited edition Clemens & Deans bears are once they're gone, they're gone! Please keep eyes on us to have new designs bears every spring. Please follow us on Instagram and facebook for updates on new releases and restocks!

Are all the bears the same?
The bears are handmade so there are slight variations and each one is unique
Are the dolls in-stock or made-to-order?
Most of the dolls are in stock
Will the colours be the same as the photos on the website?
Different screens and monitors show colours slightly differently. Some of the hand dyed details on the bears might vary slightly due to variations in the dying process
How do I care for my new friend?
When your bear arrives after a long journey, please tell her/him, well done for traveling the long way.
CLEMENS & DEANS bears are not washable but can be spot cleaned with warm water
We recommend displaying the bears out of direct sunlight as this can fade the colours over time
What is your return/exchange policy?
If you are unhappy with anything regarding our bears, we will of course work together to resolve any issues
